My dog has been very well looked after so far and I have been given honest feedback (eg, 'we don't know'), not forced or pressured into getting any unnecessary tests or medications, and always feel like they know my dog, know what's best, and listen to my concerns. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Fantastic staff who deeply care about their patients and their "parents". I had to leave my 10 year old dog with them for 24 hours, as she needed surgery for her cruciate ligament. I was comforted by the thought that there is always a vet and nursing staff on premises 24/7, and my baby is now feeling wonderful and raring to go!
