  After eight phone conversations and three months finally I became registered at southern hay house surgery. This seems to have been a big mixup with the registration process . Where it seems the admin team did not enter my name correctly onto the database it has been the most complicated and most stressful doctors I've ever had to be in connection with in my whole life When we finally found what I was on the system as after me calling to get my first appointments after three months I was questioned if my appointment was an emergency or not. And asked if I could go to another branch rather than the doctors i registered at three months ago And I've had a lump in my groin that's been growing now for the last three months while I have urgently been trying to get appointments . Previously when calling no one was willing to go that extra mile to find a solution to the problem it took seven conversations and 3 month for somebody to finally start to give a monkeys about my queryand I can't help feel that nobody cared
