  I don't recommend this hospital for anyone. They are not honest and used my fears to make money. I took my mother yesterday the privet GP in the Nufield Hospital in Exeter. She is a selfe funding as she is a visiter to the country and not registered in a GP. She had a serious back pain and , with a family history on cancer, the chiropractor asked for an X ray on a specific area of the back to ensure that the bond is ok. I took my mother for the GP to have a referal for X rays and to discuss the concerens. I show her (the GP) the letter from the chiropractor (which includes a request of an x ray on a specific area of the bak, and I asked the doctor how may Xray we will need to that she said one. She was not honest as she requested 3 X rays with a total cost of more than £300 although that I have asked her twice and she said that it is one. She took three X rays without enough examination and without necessary reson and without explanation to me. My mother get worse at the same night and NHS 111 advised me to take her to A&E within one hour. The service in R D &E is more professional, reliable and honest although that my mother is not regestered with NHS she was examined and tested and the doctor told me that there is no reason for Xrays. Nuffied Exeter GP was aware of my concerens about my mother health, she made me paying exta mony for more Xrays that I don't actually need, although I asked here for her opinion about what other options can be she wasn't honest with me as she did not try to explain the possibilities. She only said that it is One Xray and asked for unnecessary 3 Xrays!
