- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I cannot recommend Michael highly enough. I saw him for two different types of pain - one was a prolonged knee pain and I had it for four years and the other a sudden inflammation in my other knee. Michael explained how pain is connected to body patterns- our walking and standing postures we don't even notice - and how by changing them we address the pain. Definitely worked in my case! He also helped me with building my running routine, through postures and awareness to thoughts.
